FINE ART
I see a world full of light and color, but also darkness and uncertainty.
It is in this place that I seek my truth.
This is a solo journey, full of vulnerability and fear.
If I allow myself to get to this place and listen to my inner dialogue, my painting can begin.
From here, I translate my discoveries.
Sometimes the marks are dark, jagged, raw and gritty.
Others times, light and fluid ; dancing to the rhythm of color.
My hope is to uncover and evoke a range of emotions.
I am telling my story but it is the beholders story too. They have the option to expand upon it, fill in the blanks and make it their own.
